About Us

Trinity ADHC is located in North Hollywood, CA within Los Angeles county and is licensed and certified by the State of California. The Center offers medical and nursing care supervised by the participant’s physician; therapy; recreational programs; and social services to the frail elderly and adults over 18 years of age with physical, cognitive or mental impairments.
